The film revolves around an orphan girl, Karisma Kapoor, who has been brought up by her three uncles. Unfortunately, all of them have differing ideas about what her husband should be like. It's up to Salman to play the ideal suitor and win her heart, and the hearts of three uncles.

In the past, Dhawan has successfully collaborated with Salman and Karisma in Judwaa and Deewana Mastana. The latter also paired together in last year's smash hit,
Biwi No 1.
