England will need different tactics to combat Sachin Tendulkar in the final Test at Bangalore, captain Nasser Hussain has acknowledged.
"We felt we had him in the morning (Ahmedabad Test), then after lunch, he came out and said 'Enough of this - I am Sachin Tendulkar'. It was one of the finest innings I have seen."

England captain Nasser Hussain continues to view his side as the underdog in the series against India.
"But mentally, for five days against this lot (India), we really have to be switched on," he explained. "We are the team still trying to work out how to get 20 wickets. We are the team under pressure and we are the team that has to do absolutely everything right to compete," he added.

India and England have sorted out the controversy over the issue of an extra cricket match, with the latter agreeing to play a sixth one-day international during the second half their India tour next month, Board of Control for Cricket in India secretary Niranjan Shah said in Mumbai on Tuesday.
But a spokesman for the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) responded by saying: "Nothing has been agreed. We are still in ongoing discussions."

South Africa in Australia

Australia crushed South Africa by 246 runs to go 1-0 up in the series after claiming the remaining eight South African wickets inside two sessions on the fifth day in Adelaide.

South Africa's senior selector Graeme Pollock has revealed he had sharp words with his nephew's team as they succumbed meekly against Australia in the first Test.
He criticised Shaun Pollock's fielding placements and bowling tactics which he says allowed Australia to take the initiative at the Adelaide Oval.
"South Africa's tactics had to be to limit and contain Australia's scoring, yet that wasn't done."

West Indies in Sri Lanka

Carl Hooper believes his side are capable of upsetting the odds against Sri Lanka on Wednesday, even though Brian Lara will be missing from their team.
They are desperate to round things off positively following a 3-0 defeat in the Test series.
In Lara's absence, however, Hooper must look to the young batsmen in his squad to rise to the occasion.

Bangladesh in New Zealand

Rain prevented any play on day two of the first Test between Bangladesh and New Zealand in Hamilton.
Meanwhile, New Zealand batsman Craig McMillan had X-rays on an injured finger after he was involved in a freak accident during the washed-out opening day of the first Test against Bangladesh
