Australian all-rounder Andy Bichel won the award for ODI Performance of the Year.

Bichel's all-round performance of 7 for 20 and 35 invaluable runs against England in the 2003 World Cup clinched the award.

The other nominees were: Andrew Symonds (143 not out vs Pakistan in the World Cup), Ricky Ponting (140 vs India in the final of the 2003 World Cup), and Stephen Fleming, for his match-winning 134 vs South Africa in the World Cup.
