Fifth Test, Day 4 | Report

Andy Flintoff played an important innings of 95 off 104 balls to give England the initiative in the fifth Test between England and South Africa at the Oval on Sunday.

The all-rounder, who also passed 1,000 runs in Test cricket, is the leading run-scorer for England this series. 'Freddy,' as his mates call him, has scored 423 runs at an average of 52.87, with a century and three half-centuries. He has also picked up 10 wickets at an average of 59.20.
