7 - Number of batsmen to aggregate 3,000 runs on Indian soil with Sourav Ganguly [Images] becoming the latest entrant to this exclusive club.

16 - Number of Test centuries scored by Sourav Ganguly. All other left-handers have together scored 18 centuries for India!

18 - Number of balls taken by Amit Mishra to take his first wicket in Test cricket, that of Simon Katich.

32 - Number of balls faced by Matthew Hayden [Images] from Zaheer Khan [Images] in the series. Hayden has scored just four runs while getting out on three occasions to the left-arm pacer!
