To cut to the chase, after three-and-a-half long hours, what we have is a film with no logical script. Which is what really kills the film.
The film has no target niche. In its attempt to try and cram in all it possibly can, the film is neither a racy action thriller nor a light and funny feel-good flick.

The screenplay is worse, with some scenes looking like they are present just to fill three hours of screen time. Take the key scene -- Jackie's murder, which has him revealing the name of the killer. Or just how did the drugs make their appearance in SRK's house, anyway?
