A love story in an autorickshaw

After a hectic shooting schedule of over 50 days, Hari Om is set to hit the marquee in May.

The film stars French actors Camille Natta (right) and Jean Marie Lamour (remember the waiter in Francois Ozon's Swimming Pool?) and Vijay Raaz (left) of Monsoon Wedding.

Hari Om is about a broadminded autorickshaw driver who is content with his life until the mafia turns his life upside down. He then meets a French tourist in Jaipur who, for somereason, hires his autorickshaw to tour Rajasthan.

Director Bharat Bala says, "Last October, I was in Jodhpur. The autorickshaws there fascinated me. They were different compared to the ones in other parts of India. A road story came to my mind and that's how this film came into existence."
