As a Help Desk Co-ordinator / Associate-Voice (Technical)

~ You will work on voice-based Help Desk projects.
~ You will provide technical support on various technologies that you will be exposed to from time to time.
~You will interact with customers and troubleshoot, analyse and help resolve customer issues.
Do you qualify?

~ Freshers are encouraged to apply.
~ Experience in IT support services or with development expertise will be an asset.
~ Candidates with experience or a formal training in Unix/Linux/Solaris may apply for select positions.
~ You should have good communication skills and should speak English well.
~ You should be willing to work in night shifts.
~ Only candidates residing in Mumbai's western suburbs need apply.
