What: Manpower ITeS, the HR consultant, is looking out for Technical Support Professionals (Voice), Customer Support Professionals, for its call centre and BPO clients.

As a Technical Support Professional (Voice)

Manpower says:

~ You must have sound knowledge of computers, hardware and networking.

~ Relevant experience will be an advantage.

~ You must have excellent communication skills.

~ You must be willing to work in shifts.

~ You must have completed your HSC education.

As a Customer Support Professional

Manpower says:

~ You must have a flair for customer service.

~ You must be able to handle inbound/ outbound process.

~ You must have excellent communication skills.

~ You must be willing to work in shifts.

~ You must have completed your HSC education.
