As a Customer Care Specialist (voice)

~You must be a graduate.

~You must have an IATA certification/ degree/ diploma in Travel or Tourism.

~You should ideally have upto six months of experience in a travel agency or an airline.

~You must have a strong desire to assist clients and resolve their queries.
