Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd on Tuesday announced free incoming calls for its Dolphin cellular subscribers, while roaming all over India.

"Incoming calls while roaming for Dolphin subscribers are totally free all over India, whereas other operators are charging for incoming call while roaming. Outgoing calls are being charged as per the home network charges of the visited locations (BSNL home network call charges for outgoing calls) and no extra roaming charges," an MTNL release said on Tuesday.

Describing itself as the 'best roaming service provider' at the lowest rate with BSNL network at no extra roaming charge, the MTNL statement said, "MTNL Dolphin is having a free all-India roaming with BSNL, including the remotest places and all national highways."
