BSE to shift 22 B1 stocks to A group

The Bombay Stock Exchange will shift 22 scrips, including Canara Bank, Dena Bank and i-flex from the 'B1' to the 'A' group, from November 3.

Similarly, 20 stocks in the 'A' group, including Bata India, LML and SSI Ltd, will move to the 'B1' group from that date, the BSE said on Friday.

Some of the other scrips in the 'B1' group being shifted to the 'A' group, include Alfa Laval, Godrej Consumer, IndusInd Bank, Jindal Iron, Jindal Strips, Punjab National Bank, Sterlite, Tata Infotech and Union Bank, the release said.

The prominent scrips being moved from the 'A' group to the 'B1' group include German Remedies, ITI Ltd, Mukta Arts and Tata Telecom and Zensar Technologies, it added.
