ICICI Bank Ltd has reported a 35.73 per cent rise in net profit at Rs 1,637 crore (Rs 16.37 billion) for the fiscal ended March 31, 2004, compared to Rs 1,206 crore (Rs 12.06 billion) in the previous financial year.

The country's largest private sector bank has declared a 75 per cent dividend for the year 2003-04, ICICI Bank deputy managing director Kalpana Morparia said on Friday.
