NDTV scrip lists on BSE at Rs 100

The scrip of New Delhi Television India Ltd was listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange on Wednesday and the first trade for one share was struck at Rs 100 per share, at a substantial premium to the issue price.

The issue price for the initial public offering, which was hugely oversubscribed, was fixed at Rs 70 per share.

The IPO, which opened for bidding on April 21, was closed on April 28.

The IPO comprised fresh issue and offer for sale by the private equity investors of shares of Rs 4 each in the price band of Rs 63-70 through the book-building route.

JM Morgan Stanley, Kotak Mahindra Capital and ICICI Securities Ltd are the lead book runners for the issue.
