Govt not to raise fuel prices

The government on Friday decided not to increase petrol and diesel prices this fortnight.

"The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs has decided today that prices of all petroleum products will be held at the same level. There will be no increase this fortnight," Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Mani Shankar Aiyar told reporters after the meeting.
