No

— Ashok Shah

If they do, then it will only be for a short while

— Smita

No! In fact, the rates will come down or else the market will collapse

— Sreedhar

Nope. I don't think so. We are moving towards the global trend of lower interest rates.

— Vijay

I honestly do not care. I have taken a housing loan at a cheap rate so now if they rise, I stand to gain. Pity those who took one at a floating rate. What's more, I can my invest my money at a higher rate if the interest rates do rise.
