Slave-turned-gladiator, Spartacus has enough of arena-killing.

Spartacus protests against his owners and is joined by a couple of other rebels in his fight for freedom.

Though the film is a classic, director Kubrick was most unsatisfied whilst handling this project -- he felt his creativity was marred by commercial demands.
