Zeenat Aman

Zeenat Aman's single greatest claim to fame is undoubtedly the psychedelic trance number, Dum maaro dum, from Dev Anand's Hare Rama Hare Krishna.

Her doped screen persona moodily swung to the mesmerising music as Asha's voice scaled new heights of musical expression: a cinematic moment sure to captivate movie lovers for generations to come.

Soon after, the actress was seen subtly turning on her sensuality in Chura liya hai tumne (Yaadon Ki Baaraat), a classic Asha-Mohammed Rafi duet. Another memorable Zeenat dance backed by Asha's vocals was the Arabic number Hatuba Hatuba from Ali Baba Aur 40 Chor, apart from which Asha rendered several catchy numbers for the actress in films like The Great Gambler, Laawaris and Mahaan.
