Shankar Mahadevan's Dilbar dil se pyare (Caravan) and Teri bindiya re (Abhimaan) and Kavita Krishnamurthy's Yeh kahan aa gaye hum (Silsila) scored with the audience.

Lata herself sang only a few lines from one of her songs, Jyoti kalash chhalke (Bhabhi Ki Choodiyan) at the request of L K Advani.

The event lasted a good four and a half hours.
