Kalyan firm on building Ram temple

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Kalyan Singh says his government is determined to construct the Ram mandir at Ayodhya as it was connected with "the dignity, self-respect, unity and integrity of India."

Addressing a function organised by the Kshatriya Pratinidhi Sammelan in Lucknow on Sunday, Singh said his government would fulfil its commitment regarding the construction of the temple. However, he added, that the issue would be solved through discussions.
