The Bombay police today detained Shiv Sena central Bombay unit chief Vinod Khopkar and 13 others, allegedly involved in ransacking the office of the Board of Control for Cricket in India at the Brabourne stadium in south Bombay on Monday.

According to police sources, the 14 persons were taken to the Cuffe Parade police station. When contacted, the Cuffe Parade police said that though 15 persons have been detained, charges are being framed against them. However, the police is tight-lipped about the incident.
