Goa Chief Minister Francisco Sardinha will seek a vote of confidence in his 14-member ministry tomorrow at 1430 hours.

Sardinha was directed by the state governor, after his government was sworn in on November 24, to seek a vote of confidence within 21 days.

In the 40-member house, the ruling combine including the Bharatiya Janata Party has a strength of 25. The opposition Congress has a strength of 14 besides the speaker.

Sardinha said today that the trust vote was a mere formality and he would win without any difficulty.
