Salahuddin praises Pak role in Kashmir: PTIPakistan-based militant outfit Hizbul Mujahideen chief Syed Salahuddin has said that no Muslim country, except Pakistan, has been providing support to Kashmiri separatists. "No one (Muslim country) sent us even 11 cartridges, 11 grenades or 11 ounces of explosive material over the last 11 years," Salahuddin said in Muzaffarabad, capital of Pak-occupied Kashmir on Monday, adding that Pakistan was the only supporter of the Kashmiris. At a function under the aegis of the Kashmir Committee of the World Assembly of Muslim Youth, he admitted his organisation's "fault" in not consulting other militant groups before announcing its cease-fire in Jammu and Kashmir. "I admit my fault for not consulting other Mujahideen groups for the ceasefire announcement. But due to some particular reasons, which I cannot disclose, we did so," he said. |
