Fire engulfs Bombay hotel

The fifth floor of Juhu Centaur Hotel at Andheri in northwest Mumbai was engulfed in flames since 5 am on Thursday.

This is the second fire within a week in the city.

Fire Brigade sources said that eight fire engines and five water tankers have been sent to the spot and fire fighting personnel are trying to douse the fire. No casualties have been reported so far and the cause of the fire is to be ascertained.

The hotel refused to comment.
