12 Indians joined ill-fated flight in AP: PTI

Air-India has set up two control rooms at Bombay's Sahar terminal and Hyderabad airport in the wake of Singapore Airlines 747 jetliner crash at Taipei on Tuesday night, according to an A-I official.

The control rooms will be manned round-the-clock.

A-I is awaiting details of the 12 Indian passengers, including two infants, who after taking the flight (AI 422) from Hyderabad, joined the ill-fated flight under the code-sharing and blocked seat arrangement with Singapore Airlines, the official said.
