Tremor rocks Bhavnagar in Gujarat

An earthquake of slight intensity shook Bhavnagar district of Gujarat on Tuesday morning.

The tremor, measuring 3.8 on the Richter scale, was recorded at 0624 hours IST. The epicentre was 21.8 degree north latitude and 72.2 degree east longitude, according to the meteorological office in New Delhi.

On Monday, a medium earthquake measuring 3.9 on the Richter scale had rocked Karad, Koynanagar, Debiwadi and Patan regions of Maharashtra.
