The once busy flight decks are enclosed by rails. Visitors are permitted to stand at the dizzying edge of the Vikrant. Displayed on the flight deck is a British Sea Hawk aircraft and a French anti-submarine aircraft, the Alize, which was once fitted with sophisticated radar, bombs and rockets.
