Year 2000 saw the Congress lose the young and dynamic Rajesh Pilot in a horrific car crash. Year 2001 saw the party lose Madhav Rao Scindia, this time in an equally horrific plane crash. The picture shows son Jyotiraditya lighting the funeral pyre of his father.
