High court extends Qureshi's stay till Jan 4

Onkar Singh in New Delhi

A special division bench of the Delhi high court comprising Justices C Joseph and S N Kapoor on Tuesday extended till January 4 the interim stay against taking former hijacker Hashim Qureshi back to Jammu & Kashmir.

The matter has been adjourned till 1400 IST on January 4 when the judges said they would finally dispose it of.
