IT officials question former PM's son

P V Prabhakar Rao, son of former prime minister P V Narasimha Rao, was questioned by Income Tax officials in Hyderabad in connection with the seizure of Rs 12.7 million from his friend's residence in Secunderabad.

IT sources said the raid was conducted by a special team of its officials on Wednesday.

Prabhakar Rao was earlier linked to the Rs 1.33 billion urea scam but was acquitted last year by a court.
