Vajpayee leaves for Manali

Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee on Wednesday left for Manali in Himachal Pradesh for a six-day sojourn.

No official engagement has been fixed during the visit and he is unlikely to attend any public function.

He is scheduled to return to the capital on May 30, official sources said.
