A car bombing outside the old building in downtown Karachi on June 14 had killed at least 12 Pakistanis. Three Islamic militants have been arrested for the attack and police are looking for six other suspects.
Police say the attack was the handiwork of the outlawed Harkatul Mujahideen al-Almi.
