Fresh case filed against Raja Bhaiya

A fresh case under the Gangsters Act has been filed against the jailed independent MLA from Kunda, Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiya, after the recovery of several incriminating documents against him.

The documents, pertained to illegal liquor shops and extortion of money worth crores of rupees, were recovered from the house of chief of the Raja Bhaiya Youth Brigade, Hari Om Srivastava, on Thursday, Deputy Superintendent of Police Ram Shiromani Pandey said.

Those running the liquor shops had given evidence against the legislator, Pandey said.
