Senior Executive Programme Scholarships to London Business School

The Aditya Birla India Centre has been established at the London Business School as a center for management thought on India and to build a comprehensive network of researchers and companies engaged in management and best business practices.

The Centre offers four partial scholarships for the Senior Executive Programme at the London Business School, scheduled for May-June and September-October 2004.

The SEP scholarships will be awarded to senior executives who demonstrate a commitment to business leadership, enterprise and innovation in strategic management.

Eligibility: Individuals working in both the public and private sector in India. Applicants must be in senior executive or management positions, at or near the top of their organizations, with at least 15 years of outstanding professional experience. Additionally, applicants should have the capacity and inclination to apply their learning to benefit Indian society as a whole.

Applicants must have the full financial support of their employer who will be required to meet half of the SEP fees. This 50 percent contribution will amount to approximately £9,500 (Rs 720,000 approximately) per applicant, excluding travel expenses, for the 2004 session.
