Pakistan on Friday tested the Haft III, a nuclear-capable missile. This comes days after reports that the Pakistan Army's Border Action Team was crossing the Line of Control to attack Indian posts and had even beheaded an Indian soldier and taken his head away as a 'trophy'.

Do you see these as indications of another possible border conflict? How should India react?
