An MBA in tourism

Two-year�full-time MBA, 2004-2006

The Indian Institute of Tourism & Travel Management, Gwalior -- attached to�the Union ministry of tourism -- invites applications for admission to its third�batch of two-year full-time MBA programme for�2004-2006.

The IITTM was set up to impart education and training in�tourism, travel and air cargo�in 1983

The four-semester programme with a specially designed syllabus offers�dual specialization in Marketing, Finance, HRD and Tourism & Services Marketing.

Eligibility: Candidates should have�a three�years bachelor degree in any discipline. Candidates appearing for the qualifying exam may also apply.

Total No of Seats: 40, likely to be increased to 60.

Reservation for SC/ST/Physically Handicapped as per government�norms. A few seats are reserved for NRI candidates.

Admission to the MBA programme commences�July 2004. It�will be carried out on the basis of ATMA score conducted by AIMS. Candidates desirous of seeking admission to the MBA programme at IITTM should appear in the ATMA test being held on�February 8, 2004.

Interested candidates will need to apply to IITTM separately in the prescribed format. Prospectus may be obtained in person on payment of Rs 600 (Rs 300 for SC/ST) either in cash or through demand draft payable to IITTM, Gwalior. Prospectus can also be obtained by post by sending DD as above plus Rs 50 extra for postage charges to the Administrative Officer, IITTM.

Candidates may also apply for admission with their XAT or JMET score.

Shortlisted candidates will be called for group discussions and interview to be held in�Gwalior in�April.

Sale of prospectus commences:�February 5, 2004.

Last date for sale of prospectus:�March 27, 2004.

Last date for receiving completed application forms:�March 30, 2004
