Two Chotta Rajan gang members brought to Bombay

Two members of the notorious Chhota Rajan gang, arrested in Jabalpur last week, were handed over to Bombay police on Wednesday.

Additional Superintendent of Police R S Meena said both the criminals -- Ajay alias Ajju and Michael alias Pintoo -- were arrested in the Khamaria police station area under the provisions of the Arms and Explosives Act.

Both criminals were involved in serious crimes at several cities including Bombay and Pune. An imported handgun, several cartridges, a sword and nine crude bombs were seized from them, Meena said.

Both Ajju and Pintoo were serving prison terms when they disappeared.
