Semi Final - Capriati/Davenport - Set 1 Capriati, all guns blazing in the first set did not give Davenport much of a chance to get into the match. The defending champion was struggling from the outset. Davenport found herself down 3-0, after being broken in her opening service game. She recovered from 0-40 to hold her serve for 4-2.
