Pralhad Srinath triumphs

Prahlad Srinath bagged the singles title of the Enbee Advantage ITF Futures tennis tournament, defeating countryman Rohan Bopanna 7-6 (7-4) 7-6 (7-2) in the final in Indore on Saturday.

The win, in one hour 34 minutes, comes as a twin success for Srinath as he had won the doubles title alongwith Ajay Ramaswamy on Friday.

For winning the singles title, Srinath received a purse of $1300 while runner-up Bopanna got $900 in the prestigious tournament.
