Form guide: India

Sourav Ganguly: It is important to pepper him with the short stuff and then pitch the ball outside the off-stump, making him feel for it. The hundred he scored in this World Cup was against a weaker side, now he is playing a tough opponent which means that he will have to prove himself.

As a batsman, there is always pressure on you in such a situation. Never bowl up and on off-stump to Ganguly – keep mixing it up and look for his edge; this is a weakness for not just Ganguly but also Tendulkar, Dravid, Sehwag and all other Indian batsmen.
